Here is three of their range of  Walden Farms Calorie Free sauces, I have Strawberry Syrup, Blueberry Fruit Spread and Chocolate Peanut Spread.

I have Now tried all three; My opinions..

Strawberry Syrup- 

My opinion is that it tastes really nice and is perfect for adding flavour to foods! Like example: Chocolate Pancakes
 

 

Chocolate Peanut Spread-

The texture is much like a mousse yogurt and very easy to spread on your breakfast toast or crumpets! As it gives it the guilty free chocolate taste! 

 

Blueberry Fruit Spread-

This is like a jelly texture, which surprised me, but the taste was amazing at first taste! I would recommend adding this on your Rolled Oats or on toast! Giving you less sugar than your standard Jam.

How to make Protein Pancakes

This is my protein pancakes which I recently made! 

Only ingredients I used was;

1x Bannana

2x Egg whites and 1x yolk

1x scoop of whey protein powder

1x tea spoon of cinnamon

100ml of water

I next blended the ingredients together, until it was totally mixed.

Next I heated a pan until it was hot, then poured my pancake mix to the pan.

I then flipped then pancakes over when they started to bubble! 

I made around five pancakes from the ingredients above! 

To add extra flavour you can add a sauce and some fruit for extra fibre!

I used some peanut butter, added some blueberries and finished of with a square of 70% dark chocolate.

MyProtein Peanut Butter

My first opinion is that it comes sealed, which is a good sign and is labelled very well with all the nutrition guides labelled very clear with the nutritional break down of what's inside the product on the back.
Here is the break down of the nutritional information per 100grams;

Per 100g:

Protein: 29.6g
Carbohydrate: 11.6g
(of which sugars): 5.9g
Fat: 46.0g
(of which saturates): 8.2g
Fibre: 8.5g
Sodium: Trace
Polyunsaturates: 14.3g
Monounsaturates: 21.1g
Also provides per 100g:
Vitamin E: 3.8mg (32% RDA)
Magnesium: 180mg (48% RDA)


I found the texture very thick compared to other peanut butter brands!
However the product has a 100% peanuts as the ingredients, I was very impressed that no other ingredients have been added.

I found it went very well on my toast and also in my porridge oats!
I would recommend buying this product as it is a healthy choice of fat!
