This is my protein pancakes which I recently made!
Only ingredients I used was;
1x Bannana
2x Egg whites and 1x yolk
1x scoop of whey protein powder
1x tea spoon of cinnamon
100ml of water
I next blended the ingredients together, until it was totally mixed.
Next I heated a pan until it was hot, then poured my pancake mix to the pan.
I then flipped then pancakes over when they started to bubble!
I made around five pancakes from the ingredients above!
To add extra flavour you can add a sauce and some fruit for extra fibre!
I used some peanut butter, added some blueberries and finished of with a square of 70% dark chocolate.
