MyProtein Peanut Butter

Thanks to MyProtein for sending me out their Smooth Peanut Butter!

Here is the photo of the tub I received;

My first opinion is that it comes sealed, which is a good sign and is labelled very well with all the nutrition guides labelled very clear with the nutritional break down of what's inside the product on the back.
Here is the break down of the nutritional information per 100grams;

Per 100g:
Energy: 2402kJ
Energy: 579kcal
Protein: 29.6g
Carbohydrate: 11.6g
(of which sugars): 5.9g
Fat: 46.0g
(of which saturates): 8.2g
Fibre: 8.5g
Sodium: Trace
Polyunsaturates: 14.3g
Monounsaturates: 21.1g
Also provides per 100g:
Vitamin E: 3.8mg (32% RDA)
Magnesium: 180mg (48% RDA)


I found the texture very thick compared to other peanut butter brands!
However the product has a 100% peanuts as the ingredients, I was very impressed that no other ingredients have been added.

I found it went very well on my toast and also in my porridge oats!
I would recommend buying this product as it is a healthy choice of fat!
