As a huge Coconut fan I loved drinking this litre of Coconut water!
CocoFina's 100 % Coconut water tasted so good and very refreshing to drink!

I have been using the Coconut Oil in everything I cook!
I used one teaspoon and then added it to the frying pan before adding my food!

My personal opinion on the Choc Shot was it was a great product to add to your daily foods!
I added Choc Shot to my morning porridge and also drizzled it over my morning banana!

This was what I received:

High5 sent me their range of Protein Recovery Whey Isolate and their Protein Bars!
Also sent me their 750ml drinks bottle.

Each 60 gram post workout protein recovery sachet contains; 18 grams of protein, 40 grams of carbohydrates and 0.5 grams of Fat,

I received three flavours which were Chocolate, Banana Vanilla & Summer Fruits.

I took one sachet straight after my workouts as each packet gave a good source of protein, carbohydrates and my essential Amino Acids.

My personal favourite out of the three was the chocolate flavour, it mixed great with water and left no lumpy bits whilst I was drinking it!

I received two flavours which were Double Chocolate & Banana Vanilla.

Each 50 gram High5 Protein bar contains; 13 grams of protein, 23 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of Fat!
Each bar contains 17 grams of sugar, Which was one of the reasons I took each bar post workout as my muscle glycogen levels are low and in need of a insulin spike which this bar will help!

My Personal Favourite bar was the Double Chocolate as it hits that sweet tooth I have! haha

This is what I received;

The four flavours were:

• Vanilla
• Morello Cherry
• Pineapple

They also sell other flavours like; Mixed Berry, Raw Chocolate & Mango.
They also sale Ice Cream which comes in flavours like; Natural, Raw Chocolate, Vanilla & Nutmeg, Sticky Date and Tamarind, Mango & Lime, Pina Colada

My personal favourite out of the four I had to sample was the Morello Cherry!
I was shocked by the texture coming from the coconut milk yoghurt, I've never tried a yoghurt like this before.
Yet I enjoyed every mouthful and would recommend it anyone wanting to try these yoghurts!
