Personally I loved drinking these shakes, My personal favourite flavour was the Chocolate, As it tasted just like a chocolate milkshake!

I took the Breakfast shake in the morning, using it to get my morning protein source!
The high protein health shake I took either during the day as a snack replacement or before my workout 30 minutes before!
I saved the Pro50 shake for my Post workout shake as it was full of 50 grams of protein, plus full of all the nutrients I needed after my gym workout!
