Thanks to Smart Protein for sending me out these two flavours of whey protein sachets to sample

The two flavours were;

• Strawberry
• Vanilla

My personal favourite was the vanilla! It tasted great and mixed very well when added to water.

I took both sachets Post Workout to give me that much needed 26 grams of protein to help aid my recovery!
