Here is what I received:

The Primal Pantry is Paleo based company that pride themselves on their great paleo bars, Each bar is made from 100% Natural Real food!
Each bar contains No: Grains, Refined Sugars, Soya, Dairy, GMO's and Vegetable Free.

The Five Flavours:

• Almond & Cashew
• Apple & Pecan
• Brazil Nut & Cherry
• Coconut & Macadamia
• Hazelnut & Cocoa
  

My Personal Favourite was the Coconut & Macadamia!!
As a HUGE Coconut fan The Primal Pantry have made a bar of the GODS :)
I was left wanting more haha, Which must show how good the quality their bars are made from!

Each bar is made up form 5-6 Natural Real foods and suitable for your daily Caveman!

I found that eating these Paleo bars as a snack during the day went down so well, Sending them hunger pains away and not having to worry about snacking on something bad!
